How to Export Your Instagram Data

1. Go to https://accountscenter.instagram.com
2. Navigate to "Your information and permissions".
3. Click on "Export your information".
4. Select "Export to device".
5. Important: Choose the "JSON" format.
6. Select your options - only "Messages" and "Media" under "Your Instagram Activity" are required for this application to work.
7. Click "Start Export".
8. Wait for Instagram to prepare the file - this may take minutes, hours, or days depending on how much data you have.
   • One and a half years of data took about 20-30 minutes...
   • Instagram will notify you via email or app notification when your data is ready for download.
9. Once the file is ready, download it to your computer.
10. Upload the zip file here unchanged.
11. Wait for the upload and processing to finish.
12. Go to the dashboard to see your analytics!
